'Kathy' is a versatile, evergreen shrub prized for its striking variegated foliage, featuring dark green leaves with bright creamy-white or silver margins. It is a popular choice due to its compact, bushy habit and year-round visual interest.
'Kathy' has Glossy, oval-shaped leaves with green centres and wide silver-white edges. Young leaves may start with a yellow blotch that fades to cream.
Typically reaches a height and spread of 1m x 1m over 5–10 years, though it can grow up to 2m if left unclipped.
Fully hardy and highly tolerant of coastal, windy, and exposed conditions.
Thrives in full sun or partial shade. While it tolerates shade, the best leaf variegation is achieved in sunnier spots.
Adapts to most soil types , Water regularly until established; once settled, it is relatively drought-tolerant.
