Comes as a 30cm plant wrapped around a cane.

Reliable climber with pointed star flowers from June to September and glossy, dark green leaves. This jasmine-scented climber is valuable for covering sheltered walls or for growing through other shrubs or climbers. The tiny purple-black autumn berries contrast well with the decorative seedheads of late-flowering clematis. In frost-prone areas grow under glass.

Avoid dry conditions, and to ensure good soil contact around the rootball, we advise planting climbers at least 30 - 45 cm away from the base of a wall or fence.

In late winter or early spring prune side shoots to within 3 or 4 buds.

The plant can climb to heights between 4 and 8 meters and spread to a width of 2.5-4 meters .

It's a semi-evergreen, twining climber.

It produces abundant white flowers with yellow centers in large clusters throughout the summer and into autumn.

It can be pruned in spring to control its size.
