1.7L Euonymus - Aureomarginatus

A popular evergreen shrub also known as the Japanese Spindle Tree. It is widely used in landscaping for its striking, year-round variegated foliage, which consists of leathery dark green leaves with vibrant golden-yellow margins. Known for its versatility and low maintenance, it can be grown as a dense hedge, a standalone specimen, or even trained into formal topiary "standards.

Thrives in almost any soil type, from light sand to heavy clay, as long as it is moist but well-drained. It does not tolerate waterlogged or boggy conditions.

While it grows in shade, a sunny position significantly improves the vibrancy of its golden variegation.

This is a low-maintenance shrub requiring little to no pruning. If used for hedging or topiary, it can be lightly trimmed in summer to maintain shape.
